Just when i though i couldn't afford a third ski trip this year.........good fortune smiled at me.

Yesterday my alarm went off at 8am (my day off) and smooth radio came on to announce a competition. All you had to do was call in and answer a music question.
'What the heck' i thought and dialled the number.
2 mins later i was chatting to Simon Bates and managed to scoop myself an iPad2, a Sony Vaio laptop and free broadband for a year.

Did any j2skiers hear me?

Anyway they will be up for sale as i have an iPad2 already and only use Mac computers.....

Out with the ski brouchers!!!!

Well we are going to Flaine in 11 sleeps anyway, i would like a short break in march but my Mrs now has the 'Sun' broucher out..... :(

Isn't it great when a bit of unexpected good fortune smiles on you ? Totally out of the blue, I got a cheque from the tax man last week (apparently, I'd been using HMRC as a piggy bank for over a year !) which will do nicely, thank you, for another visit this season !
