Dance & Ski...! Would you choose to do both on the same holiday?

STATEMENT
When my social group take a Ski holiday, we find the normal apres is based mainly on alchhol and conversation. We prefer to dance Salsa and get lots of benefits from doing so.

QUESTION
Dance & Ski...! Would you choose to do both on the same holiday? :mrgreen:

Does depend on the amount of alcohol one consumes... but normally what I do couldn't be classed as dancing....(other than the snow dance)!!!

Cant think of anywhere that would offer this combination but if there is, and you like it, go for it!

I wouldn't choose to 'do' dance on any holiday...Well, apart from the occasional alcohol fuelled boogie. :wink:

We used to have a square dance at big annual canoe and kayak instruction camp years ago. As I recall, the next day my legs felt like I had spent the previous day skiing. In that instance it didn't matter as the main workout for the day was upper body. Would be very sad to have to cut short a days skiing because your legs were done for due to dancing.

my apres ski dancing normaly involves a beer or two trashy euro pop, namely the 'ice bear' song by sound convoy, I have been known to move my feet and arms at the same time! as long as the beer does not spill :)
I say if you like dancing then do it! I will be doing my yoga as normal, but in the privacy of my bedroom!

Dancing.....Ermmm I don't think so.. I'll stick to skiing and having a beer or 3.

I've done quite a bit of that myself. Once just wearing a bin liner.

I think he was after a serious answer.... Wrong place for that..

However, I did just do a lovely dance with a lovely lady with a nice accent....I would love to dance the night away with her and loosen up my legs :shock:
