Helmet Radio speaker & Mic systems?

We try to use radios when skiing to stay somewhat connected to the children. we're hoping to fit speaker systems into the helmets with a pushbutton or automatic mic to make things easier and less intrusive for others.

Does anyone have some good advise on this topic as I see several systems but not sure what to look out for and where best to look and compare?

We could switch radios systems but currently use Cobras and have Giro and HMR helmets (4 in total). ideally I would like to have slightly better range and smaller radio (flatter) but that's another issue.

We ski in Europe (France Austria Switzerland) but do occasionally go to the US.

Thanks for any advise!
