Re:SleasyJet

NOPE. But not sure either hoe that compares to airlines

Is it just as expensive to cancel the 2 original bookings and then re book the new people?

Just a thought

Re:SleasyJet

Depends on whos changing the flight....if its you, you will be left to pay the costs. Easyjet clearly state that an admin fee each way plus any possible extra cost for the flight increase will be payable.
Jet2.com are the same...I had 2 flights booked with them and it was cheaper to lose them and not travel than it was to let someone else go instead!

If the airline are changing the flights, do not accept any extra costs, thats their choice.

Re:SleasyJet

Id let them go and try and re book with someone else. Have you checked other airlines? Where you flying to?

It's rubbish but if it says it in their t&c's then I suppose we have no argument. Just sucks that it's happened to you.

Re:SleasyJet

Unfortunately they have us over a barrel I made 1 booking for 10 pax 2 dropped out to be replaced by another 2 if re book elsewhere then the transfers are affected and further costs incurred, addmittedly it is in the T&C's but do you read every word ! I accept increase in flight cost its when easyjet say two separate flights, they did not ask for two different names when I booked, unfortunately there are no alternatives

I think you're left with no alternative but to pass on whatever subsequent costs to the father and son who dropped out. If they'd booked with a travel agent, they'd lose a deposit at least.
