Can my grown up son borrow my short skis?

I am female, about 5 foot 6ins, and my son is wondering if he can borrow my skis to save the cost of hiring some. He is very slim, and about 5 foot 11 ins.
I know its not ideal, and he is so much taller than me , but would it be possible,,, safe etc, or just totally ridiculous?

You will at the very least have to keep changing the bindings to fit who evers boots if that makes sence. Also the bindings may not be suitable for him.

Size of his feet will be crucial if the bindings are not on a rail, as most bindings will only adjust a few sizes in boot sole length.

Are you happy for him to trash your skis, that extra height will provide lots more leverage to bend your skis.
