Snow - iso syote

Anyone know if there is snow here yet? Heard its been an unusually warm autumn up there and currently very little snow. We're off there in 2 weeks and a bit worried. Any advise would be great - thanks in advance

The snow in Lapland is very late this year. Ruka's first slopes usually open about mid October but did'nt this year.It is snowing at the moment all over Lapland and they have 5 slopes at Ruka open at the moment. Even though they have loads of snow snow cannons are on most of the time, which is why their slopes are so perfect. A lot can happen in 2 weeks.
