Bonfire Boardwear

My wife has a lovely green Bonfire jacket, sadly no longer manufactured. It has big buttons on the front, 2 of which have been damaged/cracked. I have asked in local ski shops about replacement buttons with no joy.
Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to get authentic matching big green Bonfire buttons from?

Ta

Have you looked on e-bay to see if someone is selling a similar jacket?
Size wouldn't matter, you only want the buttons.
I feel for you - got to be worth finding buttons before a trip to the ski shops for a new outfit is suggested.

Tried that, ta. No, nothing similar around. She doesn't want a new jacket, she just wants this one fixed!!
I, however, need to keep well away from Haglofs stockists this season.......

That's Steve. He's not a J2skier so you can't abuse him. Although he's been known to browse. I believe he was applying sun cream!

Now then.....buttons.....????

Re:Bonfire Boardwear

Tony your best bet is a haberdashery (is this how it's spelt) you will be able to get green buttons of similar size from them, if not the same ones. Buy the buttons and replace them all. Good luck...

Re:Bonfire Boardwear

I am wondering if buttons used on ski wear would be different to ordinary buttons - ie having to withstand colder temperatures?

Re:Bonfire Boardwear

I had a similar chore once with some of my fav shorts.
it the end i had to remove every button and replace them all for a complete new set that were 'similar'. Not ideal but better than having odd buttons.

Best of luck.
