Anyone know what Morzine is like in March? 4th-11th to be precise

It was awful last year but so was much of Europe...It's usually pretty good!

Yes, Morzine is quite low and susceptible to mild spells of weather as happened last season but it does have cable-car access to snow-sure Avoriaz.

We went that week last year - snow conditions were not fantastic, but it was a poor season overall. We found plenty to keep us occupied. Even made it over onto the south facing Swiss slopes which for the most part were really dreadful.

But we had a great week and will definetly go back - hopefully with better snow next time!
