Went for a run last night got back fine and was running up the stairs to my apartment when suddenly got a really bad pain in my heel.

Ended up in A+E and i have a chipped bone!

Anyone know how long it takes to recover, was hoping to go skiing third week in March

Re:Chipped Bone on Heel

Depends on how serious or bad the break is. I broke my Navicular bone in my foot on the 4th Jan & skied without a problem last week. I think you may suffer some discomfort but a Ski boot is a good support, actually offers more support than a cast.
