Prosecco/Cava are Ok but not a patch on Champers, mind you some of the Australian sparkling is very good :thumbup:
I agree Andy ... perfectly adequate but Champers is better :D
I'd disagree with that, as I find prosecco a much more pleasant and easier drink than champers, with the exception of a 2000 Bollinger which is/was exceptional.
As for cava, that's a very poor mans prosecco. Horrendous stuff.
