I am trying to narrow down where to go in Italy. I will be bringing a group from the US. Intermediate and advanced skiers I am primarily looking for modern lifts with easy interconnect and good snow through mid March. I am considering: Cervinia, Cortina, Val Gardena Sestriere and Campiglio. This would be for 2024. Any input will be helpful. Thanks Al

In my view, you can not do better than Selva. It is a fantastic vast area. Absolutely beautiful with great food and lovely people. The area has nearly 100% snowmaking and great maintenance so pistes should be good almost regardless of when it snows. Possibly not great for off-piste but I am not sure your other options are any better.

The lift system in the Dolomiti Superski area is very modern much better than France or the USA ..I like Selva too

Selva..classically pretty area. Low top stations. Pistes are good and friendly.
My vote though goes to Cervinia because the trip over to Zermatt is a must.
Off piste is fine and I've had some blinding days from Cervinia.
Having said that easy side country is ok from Selva too.
Cache might be Zermatt...but Dolomites a good choice too.
Wild card, La Thuile.

I do like Cervinia but if there is wind you cant get to Zermatt and I do like LaThuille but its not that big and skiing La Rosierre dosnt add much to it ...I did like Madonna though nice town and a lot of variety
