The pictures taken at Sassolungo above Selva in Val Gardena. Yesterday, 4 February there was fresh powder on the slopes after a very warm day on Monday. But strong winds and all higher lifts closed. The fresh loose snow got blown away.
Today, 5 February
morning the wind had strengthened, with some snowfall and blizzards higher up (lifts closed) and the temperature down to -10C.
Forecast is for the sunny days, should be good! Unfortunately back to England after 16 days great skiing (only 2 bad skiing days :))

It was great yesterday even in the blizzard, very quiet as no one could get across from Canazei/Campitello (but missed out meeting with a friend for skiing, same story today). Hopefully the people will have some great skiing to look forward to from tomorrow!

Yesterday (4 February) was ok but today (5.2) limited visibility in the snow blizzards...the lifts were open lower down & the visibility was okey'sh when we drove past Plan de Gralba.
