Well it's starting to get dark that bit earlier and I even had to wear jeans as opposed to shorts this weekend so winter is coming!
I'm always excited about the upcoming winter and this year is no different. I've two short breaks booked so far both in resorts that I've been to before, Champoluc in December and La Tania in January but with two groups that have never been to either resorts yet.
So I'm sure I'm not the only one who's started to think of all things Ski so far am I?
So where are you skiing this coming winter?

You're not... although the hot summer's been keeping people quiet. Nothing booked for us yet but almost certainly a pre-Xmas short-break chasing fresh, once the snow starts falling, a few more quickies and probably a longer Easter trip (pre-Easter as Easter Sunday is 21st April) if conditions are anything like last winter... :wink:

I already have two trips booked for the coming season, Saalbach-Hinterglem and Madonna Di Campiglio.
I have even started the shopping with a new very heavily discounted ski jacket (arachnid brand) and a jumper ready for the cooler evenings.

anyway ...1week Campitello then on to Madonna and I might drive another 1000- miles and try out Sinaia the trip makes life interesting..but I have to buy a new helmet to replace the one I dinted this year ..any recommendations

I have some friends that live near there and I have been there since July ..we went to Sinaia and it looks a really interesting place ..they want me to come back anyway so the skiing is incidental

I had a strange 5 minutes and volunteered for the school trip next February half term to Courmayer. Could regret that one. Hopefully if we have snow like this year a trip to LDA at Easter.
