Hi fellow skiers,
I am thinking of skiing for 3 days in Flaine, as it looks like a decent big resort not to far from Geneva Airport, can any one tell us if the skiing is good there i am an Intermediate skier, I like long and wide blue/red runs, I have skied in Les menuire and Arc 1950 and La plange which i really enjoyed, how does flaine compare.
Thanks in advanced

Hi Broom... there was a discussion a month or so ago :- Tips for Flaine.

In short; ugly architecture but the skiing's great (and sounds like it would suit you well).

Hey.
Been there a few times, which means I like it, right?
Plenty of Reds and Blues to keep you busy for 3 days.
As already said, not a pretty resort (concrete buildings everywhere) but you'll be on the slopes in the daylight and won't notice the buildings at night.
Favourite run is still Faust (Red).
Will return another season, for sure.
Hope you enjoy.
