Pippa Middleton – patron of Disability Snowsport UK (DSUK) - launched a new campaign in London this week to help raise funds for the British Paralympic team heading to PyeongChang in March 2018.
DSUK – together with Crystal Ski - is challenging skiers and boarders to ski the equivalent distance from London to Pyeongchang - a distance of 5550 miles – with their #Ski2Paralympics campaign.
Our British elite Paralympic skiers have high hopes of building on the five medals won at Sochi in 2014.
All the British athletes are supported by DSUK - a charity which changes and enhances lives through inclusive participation in snowsports. The campaign is to see if DSUK fans can ski the equivalent distance from London to Pyeongchang.
To enter DSUK are asking for a minimum donation of £5 via their JustGiving page.
Then this winter, simply download the Crystal app or record your skiing via Strava, Ski Tracks or any other similar app and track the miles you ski or snowboard.
Send a screenshot of your total miles and post it on their Facebook page, Tweet it to @dsuksnowsport or email it to fundraising@disabilitysnowsport.org.uk
As a thank you every person taking part will be entered in to our prize draw for a selection of amazing prizes (more details coming soon).
