Austrian Vignettes Online

Thought I would pass this on for info, but it is now possible to purchase your Vignette and prepay some other other Austrian Tolls (such as the Brenner Pass) online.

The online options are the same price and length as the usual stickers, but are linked to your numberplate. You select the start date for the Vignette and can buy multiples at once if required.

One less thing for me to forget about on my drive down this year :)

A handy addition. Will be interested to hear from those using car hire to see if they can work it out. The website suggests it should be straightforward once you have the details of the car (type and reg). should be especially handy for any late night crossings from Switzerland or Germany if not many roadside garages open.
