Hi all

Just booked St Anton for Feb half term 2017 and have been searching in vain for ski school for our two boys (10 and 11 - intermediate skiers). We have typically used BASS in Val D'sere and Meribel but they are not at St Anton which appears to only have one incumbent school which offers all day lessons or expensive private one's. Ideally, they do ski school in the morning and ski with us in the afternoon. Any suggestions for great alternative ski tuition?

Thanks in advance.

Its quite a while since I have booked any ski lessons in St Anton but last time I checked there were 2 large schools - Red and Blue, offering pretty much the same options and prices. I think they may be owned by brothers or something! They do tend to offer full day lessons but, my memory was that they were reasonably flexible on the number of days that you book. So an option might be to book, say, 3 days lessons and then ski with the kids the remaining days.

There are small independent operations but I am not familiar with them.

My son is a ski instuctor in St Anton (the blue lot). He tells me that last season he had pupils who did half days or part weeks. Look him out.. James Nicholls.. he will possibly be based in St Christoph this season.. a great place to ski and have lessons :)
