Exchange: Ski Home in Canada/USA to swap with New Zealand Beach House / Mountain Chalet

We are wanting to travel to Canada or the USA in 2017 for a three week ski holiday and are looking for a home swap/exchange if you own your own condo at a ski resort. We require a 2 or 3 bedroom condo as we will travelling with our 7 & 9 year old. You can swap anytime between now and 2017 with us

We have two options that could be used on their own or combined together.

Option 1, A modern 3 bedroom home, walking distance to the golden sands of Papamoa Beach and a short drive to Mount Maunganui. It sleeps 4 people but could accommodate 6 people on request. This property is 6 years old and is a great place for summer relaxing. This is our main home. Only three hours travel from Auckland, 45 minutes to the famous thermal wonderland city Rotorua, 2 hours to the largest lake in the Southern Hemisphere and 3 1/2 hours to our holiday home in Ohakune....everything is very close.

Option 2, is our holiday home. It is a 2 Bedroom Chalet that is situated in Ohakune within the Tongariro National Park. This is fantastic for both summer and winter activities which include skiing, hiking, mountain biking, volcano climbing, canoeing, scenic flights...the list goes on. There is so much to do if you love getting out and about. This is a cozy mountain chalet that sleeps 8. Continue your drive down to Wellington our Capital city (4 hrs) before you cross to the Southern Island.
