I figured this out years ago, and my frau has always had the same colour ski 'n jacket. I always check the skis are right for her, but at the right price, and leave the jacket up to her.
She is currently in white. So last year we took our skis into Scheiber in Obergurgl for waxing.

As my lovely OH handed over her skis, the techie exclaimed "Good skis, top of the range". In one instant, my ski brownie points went off the Richter scale. (That's gonna give me another bachelor week in Niederau, next season, thinks I)

As my good lady wandered out, I winked at the techie, and slipped him a few euros for a beer.

"Perfect", I murmured.

Totally don't care if my skis match my outfit or don't. Or the top sheet design...

As far as I'm concerned, the only reason for having graphics/colours on skis is so that I can tell which skis are mine! :)

Other than that - it's a total waste of money.

Strange to have a ski company admit that women want an "altogether design look".
Yes some women do want that great fashion look for the bar, aprés-ski, walking in the village scene.
but,
good and great women skiers know that the look( color, design of flowers, bees, fruit etc,,,,) has nothing to do with the respect and admiration men and women with give. It is how you use those skis on the slope that will make others look at you and admire your grace, style and flow!

Sorry,,not for wife or my girls.

Like Vonn they ride on "men's" skis!!
