But yes! It has cuckoo clocks, chocolate and The Matterhorn.

Oh, and a few epic ski resorts...

Yes. You can get to some of the ski resorts on the train from London :)

I want to go back to Verbier, I really enjoyed it there.

I do like Switzerland but as the Brucey said it is expensive :cry:

Me too but it does fail on your criteria of lift queues Tony - worst waits I've had were the mornings in Verbier

That said it was New Year so I'd be willing to give it another go

Zermatt and Wengen are on my bucket list.
Skied: Arinsal, La Plagne, Alpe D'huez, Flaine, Les Arcs, Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Sauze, Courchevel, Val Thorens
