1. Approach youngest daughter (or anyone else for that matter) at speed




2. Turn sharply, just before reaching the victim




3. Stop on the slope and start to edge backwards




4. Crash




5. Release remaining ski, retrieve pole and take the ensuing mickey taking with good grace




Further expert tutorials to follow including "how to catch an edge whilst approaching a lift queue at low speed on flat ground" and "falling over on a button lift with style"

Thank you for posting this - very instructive.

I really need some help with that fall down backwards on a flat bit and can't get up problem I seem to have.

Do you have a tutorial on this topic or any advice.

I really need to work on my "get caught snoozing by an over excited chairlift" technique, do you have any plans for that in your series please?

Looks stylish at least. I personally like the family "yellow" theme...it may catch on!
