Ski insurance

I have recently changed my travel ins which covers me on my motorcycle but on reading the small print not covered for winter sports to do this would more than double the cost of the policy. I ski several times a year but only for a few days at a time. Any suggestions for a good company. I'm uk based

Check your bank account/s and your existing policies, my own equipment/luggage is covered by my household insurance upto £500. (this would not cover new for old on all my clothes/skis but would cover me purchasing second hand skis the same age as my own and kitting myself out from TK Maxx - acceptable in my eyes)
My bank account itself covers holiday insurance incl repatriation with snowsport coverage except off piste without a guide, it also provides cover for renting if my gear doesn't show up and buying essentials while waiting for suitcases. You may find you already have a level of cover acceptable to yourself.
My other half uses Dog tag.
