Here we go , Looks like they have held a " Gay ski week" in Tignes last year but 2013 it is in Alpe d'heuz 16th to the 23rd of March.

Just to avoid any confusion, Wickers link is for "The European Gay Ski Week" which is in Alpe D'Huez, but I think the original poster is referring to the "European Snow Pride Event" which is being held in Tignes on the dates stated above.
