Hi

i fractured by tibia bone on th 25 Jan in Les Arcs,can any one tell me where i can get the best advice, i am cant wait to go back for another ski this season. PLEASE please help me

went private the doctor told me its 12 weeks to full fitness, but i need and expert to know when i can start going skiing

Broom, that is bad luck. It is common sense time for you. 12 weeks takes you to the end of April. Even then, you couldn't really book, until you have given it some physio, and an appraisal to see how it feels. I am thinking about an indoor ski session.
It does not look hopeful. But it could well be much worse if you go back too early, and re-create the injury.

Bad luck Broom, it's probably good to concentrate on getting fit and healing properly. If you try too soon a ski boot will be pretty painful.

Perhaps a little swimming or cycling nearer the time? (Something to gain fitness that allows you to put as little or as much pressure on the injury as is sensible.)
