Can anyone advise on winter walks in and around Cervinia? One member of our group does not ski and we wondered if there were some easy walks suitable for tackling solo. Info on the Cervinia website suggests trails could be more for intermediate/advanced snow treckers. Thanks.

Hi SJ, I had a peek at the Cervinia Tourist Board site. It is quite disappointing. Many other areas have set up quite wide ranging activities. Have a look:

Thanks DM, that gives me some more leads to follow. The walking map recommends that a transponder and shovel are carried which makes me think the routes are not prepared pistes but require a certain amount of mountain experience. Thanks again for your help.
