Mmmmmm I see a pattern here. My husband thinks holidays are stress free too as I have washed and packed the appropriate number of socks, underwear, etc., got the Euros, booked flights and accomodation, etc. and all he does is say on the morning of the holiday - have we got the tickets, passport and money - and that is his contribution! Think I like a bit of stress though as I do leave things until the last minute. Oh and 32 sleeps till Zell.

I feel your pain EmmaEvs. Two years ago we went on holiday two days after Christmas - the stress was unbelievable trying to organise both events. Its all worth it in the end though.

Ooops I did not realise he was going so soon. Thats what I get for trying to read this forum while I am at work and trying not to get caught. It will be interesting to see how he gets on.

Awe thats a shame she won't go with you. I am going to Zell but not till 22 January. What about trying to persuade a friend to go along, or if you are booked into a hotel you will probably meet up with other people at breakfast and dinner. Self catering might be a bit more difficult but if you have booked ski lessons there is always the chance there to make friends. Hope you get on okay and enjoy your holiday.

Its lovely to be welcomed by so many people - looking forward to lots of ski chat. Snowb4ndit I have been reading through the threads and I believe you are living the dream and have got a job in a ski resort. It must be a very exciting time for you.

Thanks for the welcome AllyG. I like the idea of my husband working hard at home while I am off enjoying myself too. :)

Dolosit Zell has quite lively town centre with several bars and restaurants. Crazy Daisy was a good night out and we had an excellent meal at the Kupferkessel (we call it the Copper Kettle). Sorry I am struggling to remember the names of other places we went to.
