Firstly.....thank goodness the weather is getting colder next week! I have been praying every night for colder weather for us all :)
Anyhoo....I am going to oberau, 29th jan along with two friends. they have boards and i will be renting my equiptment.I will be hiring performance ski's. What i was wondering is if i want to go boarding some days with the boys would i have to pay extra to hire a board or will the shop interchange my skis for a board for the day? know what i mean??? 1 week ski hire and couple of days board hire on top. or six days hire of ski and board??? starting to get excited now :) |

My mate has just booked a holiday (29th) to oberau for us and he has bought the lift passes off the operator. when i asked my mate what area does the pass cover he didnt have a clue( new skier only skied in bulgaria) i am an unfit advanced skier he early intermediate... so can anybody help me with the info please? i have a feeling that it is only going to cover the oberau mountain! thanks for your time MIKE :) |

I'm taking my girlfriend to banff and because she has kneecaps that tend to dislocate a little too easily she doesnt want to ski,(understandable!!) so i'm sorting a few activities ie dog sledding,snow mobileing, day at the springs hotel but i would really love to get her up on the slopes so i thought sledgeing, do they allow it in louise, sunshine or norquay ?
how many days liftpass do you have to buy to get the free use of the bus service ? any other ideas for something to do ? |
