As far as i'm aware from people i know that have done a course in banff and big white, pablo being the banff man, Big White has the pros of being ski in-out, and everything being local, where as banff has a bigger town with more going on perhaps!
Also Banff is known for being steeper then Big white. |

I think there's a bus link between all the resorts! Flachau is definitely worth getting to, and skiing over to wagrain! I love the area, its fantastic!

I'm remember there being a very good trip report on the snowheads forum from a member who had been to the area, may be worth trying to find it to have a read!?

Haha would this be the holiday from another forum!? :P I was in that area in april 08, stayed in wagrain on a school trip! I only got to ski flachau and wagrain, but those are definitely worth getting to, also get to zauchensee its meant to be the best area in the salzburger sportwelt! Tis also the resort that they hold a womens downhill race in! Eat Tiroler Grostl because it's good! :D

Ok so that bloke knows his stuff, talks of italy and highlights croatia bosnia etc, and then talks about germany and highlights poland! That leaves you with lots of confidence in his predictions!
