Thanks for that. It is so difficult decide where to head for when you are new to ski holidays and its been great to get advice here. Pity about Easter next year - I was hoping for an earlier one to give us more options! |

Its a difficult one because if you give him a deadline he might just drop out now- then you are stuck with two places to fill. Whereas if you wait he might decide to go after all.
Why don't you suggest he brings a friend to fill the empty place - and then get the money out of him asap! |

Thanks Tony. I was beginning to come to that conclusion. However - lots of interesting suggestions for future years. Thinks - I wonder when Easter falls next year, as I don't think I could face Feb half-term holiday! |

In our search for somewhere to go 28th Mar, it would be nice to stay somewhere where the resort still looks a bit wintery, as well as the slopes. Also- if we could find somewhere we could ski back, it would make life so much easier with kids. |

Don't worry, I'm not going to try and ski with them! I just want to show them that I'm prepared to have a go!
To get back on topic a bit - I know more or less what I need for clothes etc, as I've had to buy it all for the kids - however, unlike them, I wear specs, so what do I do about eyewear? Do goggles go on top? |

Thanks Ian!
With 14/15 yr old sons, I've got to try and keep up... Anyway, its time they started carrying their own skis! |
