Chile is a no go a dream, i looked into that for me and a friend back in January she can only go school hols but it worked out 2500 each, not made of money.

2 other options here I reckon:

1. Go to Egypt or Cape Verde instead and forget the skiing
2. Have a week off and dont go away and save your money for a ski trip when there will be a lot more to go at
