Hi James,
If the hire company can't provide them, in winter you should be able to buy some in any patrol station by the ski resort or even better in a big supermarket. They will be cheaper so doesn't really matter if they last just for your holiday. |

I've been in Mrozine last week and there was snow everywhere but in Morzine itself, so you can't have an idea of the snow in the Alps looking at Morzine, it's very low.
Don't worry there is plenty of it, and for a long time i would suspect ! Enjoy ! |

I wait some sunshine to take the pictures. So by middle of next week.... yes, there are 2 more days of snow ahead !!

I didn't see so much snow at this time of the year since a long time. The flakes are so big, that by the time you clean your car you just have to start again ! I love it ! I feel like i'm 4 years old ! Enjoy your coming holidays.... :wink: |

By the look of the snow falls the last couple of days, I would say you will have some snow in Feb about anywhere in the Alps.
To be on a safe side book somewhere above 1500 m but even under this level this year should be no problem !!! |

There is a bus from Geneva to Tignes (Espace Killy). Around 95 euros return.
