i went from skiing to boarding just because on a good powder day I find boarding better, and powder days are the pinacle for me. however, if I had the time and money, well just the money, I'd definatly do both.

I'll look into austria. also, looking at doing things independently how much should it cost to get a transfer from chambery airport to les arcs with skis/boards? got one quote for £550, surley can get cheaper!

single male, but different country, different rules... looking at jan 16/17 for a week, french resort, les arcs, tignes, val, courcheval etc. within walking distance of lifts. £600 each for accomodation, flights and transfers.
