Just returned from Les Carroz, following more or less 24 hours of snow from around 6pm Friday, snow conditions have improved. Enjoy.

I am looking to book a ski weekend for me and Mrs C. Was hoping to fly to Geneva on Friday, get full weekend ski then back on Monday, over the weekend of 16th Jan 2015. I thought this was going to be fairly straight forward until I started to struggle with hotels who only seem to want 4 nights. I wanted to go to Les Carroz.
Anyone done a weekend trip who could give me some advice or help? Thanks |

Yes, lessons lessons lessons, this is the first year I have not gone in Ski School (7 years), but I will go again, you can always learn something.

Just returned from Livigno. I would recommend a restaurant at Passo D-Eira, which is at the end of a small button lift on the Motolino side, shown on the ski map. There are 2 or 3 small hotels/restaurants on this side, we used the one on the right hand side as you face them, good value with coffee at EURO1:50 and range of snack/meals, and also clean and quiet.
