I skied Lenzerheide for past few days & will ski tomorrow also. It's a lovely resort. My friends didn't ski on Friday but I met 5 Irish blokes & 6 of their US & Swiss friends and did a few runs with them. I had a brilliant day's skiing on Fri - I skied all the peaks and most of them again today. Conditions were ideal on piste & the sun shone all day. There are only a few runs that I haven't done. It was very cold there today! Thanks for the tip! Great resort even if expensive! All the best! |

Hello Can anyone recommend a ski resort in Austria that we can reach from Zurich? We arrive Zurich 26 Jan & leave 31st. We were going to ski in Switz but were finding that we would have a 2 hour drive each way everyday & then our friends accommodation was not available. Can you recommend an Austrian resort to stay in? I imaging that this would be a less expensive option that Swiss?"!?!? 2 of us are good skiiers, 2 are beginners & need ski school & 1 is an early intermediary! We would transfer directly from Zurich airport to the resort - staying Jan 26 - 31 - only NEXT week!! Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks! :) |

Hello there!!
Can anyone recommend some ski resorts in Italy that are accessible from Zurich airport. We were going to ski in Switz but accommodation fell thru! :-( We just heard this today!! Can anyone recommend a resort to stay in? 2 of is are good skiiers, 2 are beginners & need ski school & 1 is an early intermediary! We would transfer directly from airport to resort - staying Jan 26 - 31 - only NEXT week!! We skied Sauze last year & loved it. I've also skied Madonna Di C again lovely!
