I just got back from Obergurgl and the conditions were fantastic. We had 4 days of sunshine and 2 days of snow fall. If anybody is after snow at the moment in Europe I would recommend it.

I am off to Obergurgl next week (7th) with my wife and kids (8yrs and 5 yrs) for the first time. Can anyone give me information about the resort and current conditions ?

Zell am see is a great town, I was there 93,94,95 very pretty place, on the frozen lake and the skiing was great. The glacier is at Kaprun though not zell am see. Its a 10 min bus ride down the road. It can get busy at Kaprun when the snow is bad everywhere else. Have a great time.
