I went to Niederau Jan 2010 for the first time. When i got there I thought the skiing was very easy and the blacks are more like reds.
It is a cheap place to go skiing and I would imagine this is because its skiing is limited. Theres another resort about 10 min bus ride away called auffach which is alot better. Apres ski is exactly what you make it and I had a real laugh over there and made some really good friends. Looking forward to January now, when I will be going back there. |

Not affraid of honest opinions at all and am glad to be a part of the j2ski family.
May not be able to log on as often as some users because I have a car bodyshop to run and with the recent weather, its very busy at present. Hopefully not too many people will have accidents whilst im away in January. Thanks for the welcome though guys and speak soon |

Yep its true that if youre after drunken teenagers stumbling from one bar to another, then Niederau is lame.
I went January 2010 and I had an absolutely superb time. You may have remembered me (if you were there) doing the skischool slalom in a 1980s slalom racing suit. Yes it was a drinking session the night before that reared that idea!! Its a brilliant place to go and even though the runs are not taxing, the friendly apres ski is the reason I am going back there next January. |
