Thanks Bandit,
They offer OP cover as part of their policy cover for Europe (worldide OP cover is restricted to "with guide only") the price was only £20pp, great for extra piece of mind. |

I note most travel insurers provide off piste cover but when I read the policy, i note that cover is generally only operative when the policyholder is off piste with a recognised resort guide.
I previously assumed i was covered so i'm thankful that nothing happened previously. Does anyone know if there is an insurer who provides full off piste cover when im on my own or with my friends rather than a resort guide. |

As I understand, the smoking ban was due to take place 01/01/08??
I am due out next week to La Plagne and wondered if anyone knew if the french were taking the ban seriously or is it blatently being ignored (like the spanish!) |

Hi, I will be arriving in La Plagne early afternoon and would hope to be on slopes by about 2pm so would like to get a couple hours in on a run or two to test gear etc.
Dont want to pay the extra for a whole day pass so was wondering like some resorts if there was a free lift operating wich gives a couple of seperate pistes? If so, any info would be great :-) |

Push the budget a little bit if you dont know what your doing.... stay right in close, you dont wanna be faffing around. |
