Just looking at snow depth reported for each resort and ADH has by far the deepest snow out of the list of resorts I can avail of.
ADH 330cm Les Arcs/La Plagne 275cm Tignes 223cm Both ADH and Tignes are expecting 4cm of snow on March 19th. Seems to me there's a decent chance that conditions in ADH will still be among the best in France even on March 31st. |

Thanks guys, i'm a little concerned about it being south facing and with the weather reportedly getting milder it could turn into water skiing very quickly.
other options in our price range include Les Arcs, La Plagne or Tignes. I've skied Tignes before and really enjoyed it but was hoping to try somewhere else but if its got the highest probability of decent conditions then i guess its a runner. |

Advice sought: we are a group of 8 thinking of going to Alpe d'Huez on March 31st. 4 are intermediate skiers and 4 are beginners who will be doing ski school.
Is the resort suitable for both groups and is the resort high enough to have decent snow conditions in early April? Appreciate your feedback, Fergs |

Hi, i'm planning a ski trip for March 31st. La Plagne is looking like a real possibility given the altitude and current conditions. Any thoughts on how long the season is likely to last given the current conditions?
