I have 4 days skiing in Switzerland (never skied there before) in late Feb and have vouchers for a Best Western Hotel. As far as I can see this gives me 2 options:-
1. Hotel Bernerhof in Interlaken, with daily trips on train up to Jungfrau region (Wengen / Grindelwald / Murren) 2. Hotel Grand Metropol, Saas Fee Interlaken is a lot closer to Zurich (where we land) but has the daily hassle of the train up the mountain. Saas Fee is a good 3 hour drive, but at least once we're there it is only a 10 minute walk to the slopes. Looking for intermediate terrain (I'm too old to tackle the tricky stuff). Any thoughts / views / suggestions gratefully received :D |
