We should write a song to the Pavel Springtime Quiz..... we'll call it "Ode to Sleepless nights"

I, like some others, haven't been able to settle down at the quiz due to commitments and time constraints. Looks like DaveMac is taking the lead so far...at least he has had some time to the point of intervention of the wifely nature.

Hey there Pavel Quiz "people" I did have a dream and managed to send my vision of the picture for Question # 5 to my computer. So with any luck, and the desire to share with you I have placed it on photobucket and maybe ... just, maybe it will appear here:" border="0" class="mpimg" />

Mike
When will Admin David post the picture associated with # 5 :?:

It is difficult enough with the picture but without the picture I will have to force some sleep and hope it comes to me in my dreams  Talk about teasing the brain

Or am I the only one not seeing the picture?

Mike
Pavel,

Sleepless nights and days !!! I think # 5 is the toughest so far ... no picture visible yet; and there are several others which will have some deep reflection taking place ... and all this with the joyful taxes due date fast approaching.

Mike :(

You've nailed it, Neiltoo :!:
Many times the problems come back to the attitude: ..."I'm the only one here"... or; "My little one is the only one on the hill...give him space you moron" or, " I'm the instructor .. so come on class .. (aka: my little ducklings) ... follow my path across the trail ... we are here first.... anybody who happens along will just have to stop or go around us..."

Attitude and lack of respect of others can bring on disastrous events ! Just look at all the world conflicts and what started them ... narcissistic morons!
In case you couldn't tell, this is my greatest annoyance on the hills :D

Mike, Fischer Race SC 170/14M. A really easy to use, medium flexing ski. Damp, but still fun. Great edge hold on ice. Not a fast ski for Nastar, but very easy to run a course with. The in between radius makes them very versatile for general carving.

Trencher, I had expected in order to get such fluid tight turns, as you do, that you may have been using a shorter ski with soft flex to help the results. When you have the talent - the equipment comes along for the ride :D

I'm using Atomic SX9, 170 @ 15M. I suppose these too have a medium flex with the rating of "9"; or is this considered soft. They work well and have given may hours of great fun.

Haven't you posted a clip at some time using snow blades? I bet there you would produce some really tight turns with these!

Trencher,

Another great gif and matching description. Thanks!
You have an enviable talent in my opinion.

What are the specs on the skis you're using in this gif? About 165 in length? And what's the radius side cut? Are they a fairly stiff ski or easily flexed?

Just can't wait for next winter to get back at it !!

Mike
Great pictures bandit, Thanks for sharing them

Was that you taking the Woopy Jump on a run? That could be fun too...
