I do all the wrong things from reading the above. I put one ski with someone elses' and they do the same. I put them outside any restaurant with everyone elses'. How can I lock skis - there is nothing for a lock to go 'through'?

We are heading off to La Tania in a month... and are a mixed ability group - from advanced to competent to scared!
The question is should we all buy the full 3Vs ski pass, or should those of more reserved talent just get the Courchevel pass. Is there enough in Courchevel to keep them happy? My gut feeling is we should all get the full pass and endeavour to enjoy all the Meribel and even VT has to offer. Any comments gratefully received. |

I have fallen arches, narrow feet and wide ankle bones. Shop hired boots became the bain of my life. I would end up going back every day for another pair.. they were either too tight at the ankle and would cut off the blood supply or too loose - and I couldn't control my skies. NO end of micro tweeking would resolve the problem. Until I bought my own. My feet were put in a hot bed and the sole shaped to my foot, the boot was blown out at the ankle = and I have skied in heaven ever since. I bought mine in Tignes on day 1, so I could go back every day for a minor tweak... they have been wonderful ever since - 4 years on

We have been twice - two years running and we are going again in March this year - that is how good it is. javascript:emoticon(':D'); You don't need any money/tickets with you in the hotel at all. It is truly ALL INCLUSIVE. You can drink what you want when you want. There are snacks too that are brought out at tea time and before dinner. It is ski in /ski out. You have your lessons from outside the "back door" and come in for lunch every day. You can sit on the sun deck, watch the piste and the beautiful scenery during your lunch break, or even go and have a lie down before hitting the slopes in the afternoon!
The food is something else. We ate fresh oysters, pan fried foie gras, steak, crab, lobster, the choice is endless, and always child friendly. We just ate, drank and a wonderful time |
