For some reason I can't see the pictures but I'll have a look from home in case its the work PC.

I'm off to Mayrhofen the first week in February 09 so I'll keep my eye out for them and try and get some pics.

Hi,

Does anyone know of any Austrian resorts that caters for disabled skiers?
My friends wife had an accident which left her unable to walk properly and she wants to try skiing.
A group of us are planning to go away next Feb and we need to find resorts that can cater to her needs.

Alternatively if anyone knows of any websites to get this information from it will be much appreciated.

As in a previous post I'm looking at a last minute deal in March and it seems the pricing of the St. Jakob am Arlberg district of St Anton is reasonable.

The problem being that it is not that near to the main area in St Anton.
Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to get to and from this resort to the centre of town?
Is it fairly easy to get cabs and are they expensive?

Hi,

One of my friends has a few of his family going to St Anton in the first week of March.
He is looking to join them along with us and I was trying to get work out the best way for us to save money.
We are already going skiing to Obertauern in Jan 08 and this is the first time I've looked to go again in the same season so money is an issue.
Has anyone any tips on whether we'll be able to get something and if waiting until the last minute will save us some money.
