I'm staying in L'Etale apparentley its 8 km from La Clusaz and the apartment is supposedly ski in/ ski out, do you or any others know what conditions should be like in that area?

Hi, does anyone know what the snow should be like in La clusaz in early feb? Hopefully going for 4 nights but want to make sure we'll be able to ski.

Hi everyone, first of all i'm new to this forum so a big hello and a happy new year to all of you.
I'm hoping to book a 3 night break to france on around 3rd feb 07 for 4 adults, all beginers!!! I was thinking about La Clusaz? Could anyone recommend any dirt cheap apartments to rent? Also is it better to hire a car to travel to the resort from Geneva? Is ski hire / lift pass exspensive?
