no real help to you, but im going to la rosiere france which is linked to la thuile. planning to go heli boarding, apparently la thuile is excellent for it.when are you going?im going end of jan.

linkin park and jay-z, the whole EP, always makes me want to go faster.
undertones teenage kicks, i feel like a teenager when on slopes, and no one can tell otherwise when my helmets on...
randomly, andrea bocceli (spl?) pavorotti or the like when the suns out and the slopes are quiet. so not often.
as for a memory of a particular run to music, happened to be on ace of spades for a particularly good run couple years ago and always think of that when hear it now.

hi, newbie here. i started skiing for few years then have been snow boarding for the last 10 or so. started preparing for next holiday and had a flash back...when i first went skiing with my school i remember being given a double sided A4 sheet of paper with a load of stretches to do every day for a couple of months before i went skiing. im sure it made a big difference as i could see and feel how much more flexible and "loose" i felt. now, some 20 years on im sure that something like this would be even more beneficial but i cant find anything specific. does anyone have any suggestions, sites to visit regarding this? and i cant remember one stretch from all that time ago...
