The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov
A fantastic book about what happens when the Devil comes to Moscow. |

Something as addictive as bubblewrap should be banned. It is the blight of many an urban area.

Another thread got me thinking - have you had an embarrassing piece of clothing? Socks and sandals, shorts with turn ups moments? I bought the below Columbia jacket (older version) about 5 years ago.
Apart from being a rubbish jacket, it seemed that half of Paradiski had the same jacket on. There is a photo album somewhere of people in my jacket including one of 3 of us in a row queueing for a chair. |

I just realised that Scotland are playing the All Blacks on the weekend which might explain the busy hotels.

Hello Dom
If you can afford to wait then I would advise that you buy at the resort. That way you can try before you buy and once you do buy you can take it back to the shop for tweaks. I've only tried the K2s which are great but I've heard top reports on the others too. One ski I would recommend for you though is the Scott Punisher. I am big fan of Scott but then again they are brilliant. |

Sorry Ise, I'm naway with work then or I'd have put you up.
You can easily stay in the centre of town and get the Airport bus as it is cheap and quick. It'll also give you more choice in places to stay. If you have a rental, again try in town (just make sure it has parking). Also have you looked at the hostels? There are a few brand spanking new ones in town all very cheap. |
