We plan to have her take some more lessons and chose Kandersteg as a family friendly resort that would make a change from our regular haunt in Niederau, Austria. As it's only her second year we aren't really looking for extensive slopes just something easy-ish and not too crowded. |

Niederau in Austria is my favourite. Lots of people there learning on boards and skis. Instructors really good.
Been there twice. Jan 06 was fantastic, snow was a couple of feet deep in the village. The snow this year in early January wasn't so good but all the slopes were open. Jan 08 is already booked and I'm hoping for another bucket load of snow. |
