Helmet will stop cuts and gashes, but still wont protect you from a very heavy fall to the head, but if you hurt yourself on a mountain and need to claim insurance, if you dont wear a helmet insurance will most prob wont pay out, Happened to someone i met last season! they had to pay a very big bill

I'm off to soll on the 12th of jan, and can't wait! Never been to soll but been to other resorts near there :)

I wear contacts and never had a problem with them, If anything ive had problems with glasses because They steam up when i go in a warm building or in a gondola!
