Hi All
Does anyone know how much of Val Claret is ski in ski out? The top end looks fantastic (I've skied near by) but what is the rest of the town like for very easily getting to the slopes and back. Yes I'm very lazy. Thanks |

Fantastic report and pictures Tony. I've been once a while ago but I think you have just added to my list :)
I'm sat in Les Melezes in Tignes Les Boisses. Had a fantastic day, I'll post some pics soon. Mike |

I think you are about to get a lot of replies saying get some lessons and I have to agree. Skiing is fantastic fun but what if you hit someone at speed? Get some lessons.
As well as the lessons buy Ultimate Skiing by Ron LeMaster it explains a lot about the mechanics of skiing, its a very good book. Also get some lessons. When you have done that, get some lessons. And then think about having lessons. Good Luck Mike |

I've got it from Amazon UK.
I've only just started it but it seems to be exellent, very scientific approach and full of detail. This is the kind of book you can read over and over and keep on learning. Thanks for the recommendation Pavelski :D |
