Looking at doing some long weekends this winter and intending to use low cost carriers. Which resorts in Canada and not too expensive to transfer to from major airports? How about North America as well. eg Denver.

Looking at spending more time skiing this year and possibly looking at moving out to France and commuting home to work. I will have to commute about four times a month.
Does anybody have any tips on resorts that are close to Geneva maybe with resonable public transport and at the same time have good snow. Also any resorts that have a financially resonable and are not a complete rip off. I guess looking at traditional French resorts e.g Clusaz, instead of the UK visitor hotspots e.g Courcehval. Any other tips or views from people that have or currently do the above lifestyle. |

5 mth work contract. based in either city downtown. car hire provided for the duration. did calgary last time and enjyed it very much but tossing up to gamble on vancouver!
