I agree with Tino, I think the best place would be Adelboden. I work there during the summer time and durring the winter time its mad, theres so much to do in the area. And its great place and very beautiful

Yep, you should always replace them after a accident. Ive got into a few big accidents and thanks to my helmet im still alive, either that or its my Irish Luck :D

If anyone is buying a helmet, dont buy it second hand. I did that once before and when i got home it fell off my bag and hit the ground, now it my floor is a wooden. But the helmet when it hit the ground cracked and a part of the helmet went inwards meaning had i fell i would probley be very dead. So since then il never buy a second hand helmet. No matter how nice they look, just buy a new one. Safe way to go.

Hi all, im new to this site. Ive been skiing for eleven years on and off. Il be heading over to Canada in 2010 to Vancouver island to do a course in the Section 8 12 week "Snowsport Leadership Training" program. For this you will have to be very fit as its very competive. So i want to get myself int top shape but im not sure how to go about it, also i wish to change my diet as i dont eat the best at times. im 21 at the moment and i weigh 13 stone. So i want to get myself sorted for this course
anyone has any suggestions or tips |
